I work with young people and young adults across New Zealand, offering online counselling that’s shaped around you, not a one-size-fits-all programme. Some people come to me for a handful of sessions to work through something specific. Others stay longer, building tools and understanding over time. Both are valid, and we’ll figure out what’s right for you together.

Whether it shows up as constant worry, racing thoughts, or a tight chest before anything stressful, we’ll work on understanding it and building tools to manage it.
A space to talk honestly about how you’re feeling, without judgement, and to start finding your way back to yourself.
Leaving school, starting work or study, a break-up, a move, a shift in family life. Big transitions can shake things up, and having support through them makes a real difference.
Alongside talking things through, I’ll help you build coping strategies and tools you can actually use in everyday life, not just in the session.
Working with young people, and their parents.
I specialise in working with young people aged 12 to 30. If you’re a young person, this is a space that’s entirely yours. A place where you can feel heard, supported, and free from judgement.
If you’re a parent looking for support for your teenager, I understand how difficult it can be to know where to start. Counselling works best when young people feel safe to speak openly, so sessions are kept confidential. I’ll keep you informed where appropriate, while respecting your young person’s privacy, unless there are concerns about their safety or I’m legally required to share information.
